PURCHASE CONTRACT: 

 

1. The person who will enter our website is strictly required that has to be of age. 

2. This flatly prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages to young people. 

3. The client once you choose any combo of our products they cannot make any product cancellation. 

4. If for some reason the customer is wrong when choosing the pack of drink and accidentally select a wrong if it could be given the option to cancel the order wrong and then perform the correct order pack, but with the only condition is you have to make a call immediately to our phone numbers explaining the problem and might have to send an email, that procedure must be the moment, but if the customer takes more than half an hour to warn that wrongly When choosing the product then no longer valid you can make the cancellation. 

5. No refund of money if the person is wrong in choosing or if you no longer want the order.

 

CONTRACT OF PRIVACY AND RELIABILITY 

 

1. The user when entering the website must enter their real personal data, is actually forbidden to enter false data. 

2. Upon the user to enter their data on the website, the company will see from the obligation to keep your personal information in a confidential manner. 

3. Persons wishing to participate with us must be of legal age. 

4. All user data must be true. 

5. If it is discovered that someone comes to our website with malicious intention  (virus, plagiarism etc)  we will make a complaint to the police .

 

DELIVERY POLICIES 

1. Once the customer already placed your order, the customer is required to give us your real address (do not lie), complete address, provide a benchmark to reach your address, telephone number and name of the person we will deliver the product. 

2. Once the customer places his order is obligated to tell us with which method of payment we will cancel the product. 

3. This flatly prohibited the customer at the last minute to change direction to deliver your order, our delivery staff is only authorized to deliver our products to the address that was registered in our system. It is strictly forbidden to deliver to addresses that are not registered in our system. 

4. It is prohibit making to wait for a long time for our delivery staff. 

5. The product is to be delivered only to the client if it has been canceled with money.
